webdesignersI have decided to start rewarding people who support bavotasan.com, and what better way than by giving away a copy of Patrick McNeil’s WEB DESIGNER’S IDEA BOOK? It contains over 700 website designs and is a great inspirational resource for anyone working in web development. I plan on giving something away every month, and each time the way to win will be different. For September, all you need to do is follow me on Twitter. If you already follow my Twitter feed you are automatically entered to win. I will announce the lucky winner on Thursday, October 1st.

Congratulations to our winner Scott Shrum!

This contest is only open to residents of Canada and the United States. The winner will be contacted through Twitter on October 1st, 2009. Contest ends September 30th at 11:59pm.

We found your site after following where Steve Trotto got his Mobile Tech Moment template from. We just started a blog and looking forward to changing its theme and learning what plugins are – any tips and advice are welcomed!

    We’re copying RT Contest:

This book looks amazingly useful for any web designer. Any idea of where one can get an online database or porfolio of web design ideas.

Ah, I missed out on this book! I started following like the day after the competition ended :( Hopefully I will have a chance at the next one!

I obviously missed the competition but still bought myself a copy of the book.

It truly is a useful resource especially for someone like me with poor design skills.

    Thanks for sharing.

I will look out for the next competition.

I’ve heard good things from a few friends but this is the first I’ve seen of this book online, strikes me as a little odd. Can someone please post the summary from the back of the book?
