Gridiculous Pro Preview

I’m nearly finished with Gridiculous Pro for WordPress so I wanted to put together a little video to show some of the new features. Since it’s still in development, I’m very interested in hearing what you might think and if you have any suggestions. Think about it and leave a comment below.
Looking good man. We are about to launch a brand new blog project and will certainly load this one up and have a play around with it. Really liked the magazine theame. We have that running on a site right now.

Unfortunately… I’m having problems with it at: http://americaarias.com/
1- the home page shows an error message that I cannot get rid off.
2-I can’t figure out how to change the three feature boxes in the middle of the home page. I would like to feature three items on my menu.. with a picture and a brief description.
3-How do I change the order of the menu items? right now they automatically get listed in alphabetical order. I also tried adding “HOME” first in the menu bar but it’s not working.
Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.
Looks like you are actually just using Gridiculous and not Gridiculous Pro.
1. Have you added any posts?

3. You need to set up a custom menu. Go to Appearance => Menus and then read this: http://themes.bavotasan.com/manual/extra-features/#menu-system

I really like this template, but I’m having a few issues. I am testing the Gridiculous before upgrading to the pro version.
1. I’m having problems editing the three widgets on the home page. Is this available only on the pro version. I’ve followed the instructions as per the video, but there is still no option to edit.
2. Does the lightbox gallery template only work on the pro version, and if so do you have an example of it.
3. Can you stop posts being shown on the homepage in the standard version, or os this only available on the pro version.
I’d appreciate your help.

1. You need to add your own text widgets to this section in order to modify them. It is the same in Gridiculous and Gridiculous Pro. I’m going to put together a little demo to show everyone.
2. Nope. It works in both. You can see it in action at http://demos.bavotasan.com/gridiculous/2012/07/06/an-image-gallery/. You need to add images to your post and then insert the gallery shortcode.
3. This is an option in the Pro version only.
Can you tell me where the Gallery shortcode is as I can’t seem to find it on this page:

Hi, I have a problem when uploading photos, image gallery shows me pictures at random, does not correspond with the order of entry. How could I fix it? thanks

If you set each image to have a specific order in the Media Uploader of your post, it will appear in that order on your page. Make sure to save the changes you make.

I love Gridiculous and I had download it. Now I don’t know how I can Customize my blog.
Questions:
1. I have to buy 30 dollars to customize.. and then.. ?
2. I have to copy the Html in css, or where?
3…There is a tutorial by image, or instructions line that I can follow please?

1. Gridiculous is free. If you wish to upgrade to Pro it is $39.97. Even the free version has many customizable options.
2. Not too sure what you mean.
3. The video shows how to do a lot of things.
